Hi again,

I’m Daniela João a Product Designer and dad-jokes supporter.

Swapping sun-drenched Portugal for buttery croissants in France, I then headed for the pebble beaches and charming towns of the south of England. Now, I'm happily developing and addiction for Irn Bru (sugar-free!) in Glasgow, Scotland!

As a designer, I believe in solving problems by balancing appealing visuals with intuitive and purposeful design. I thrive in ambitious, pro-active teams that don’t shy from a challenge and value accessibility and inclusion for all.

I currently work full-time as a Product Designer for the ParentPay Group, focusing on crafting user-friendly features for the web and mobile apps, specifically aimed at enhancing parental engagement and communication within the school community. I collaborate closely with business leaders, project managers, and development teams throughout the design process. My goal is to create clear and intuitive interfaces that bridge the gap between schools and families. Through user research and iterative design, I develop features that empower parents to stay informed and involved in their child's school life.
